5.1.1. Web Visitors' Summary:
Web visitor summary provides the information about your visitors from all sources. We are availing this information by tracing the URL's, visits your web pages.
New visitors:- Number or percentage of new visitors visits your web page for over time.
Return visitors:- Number or percentage of visitors visits your web page twice or more for over time
Conversions:- Number or percentage of visitors buys your products; hence they become customers for us.
Live visitors:- Number or percentage of people currently in your web pages.
All this information is also provided in the graphical form.
If you want to know more information about visitors, just consider web visitors, click on web visitors, it will open a Visitors Details dialog box as shown below.
DESCRIPTIONS:- (Refer Visitor Details 1)
Search Engine:- As we saw earlier, we are having 4 search engines namely Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL. You can sort the visitors on the basic of search engines, so that you come to know, which search engine is much efficient than other, so that you can concentrate on the particular search engine in order to promote your products quickly.
Browser:- It will provide the information about the browsers details about visitors, that may be Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape navigator, Opera, Firefox etc.
Operating Systems:- It will provide the information about the OS those visitors are using, that may be Linux i686, Mac Intel, MacPPC, Windows.
Screen:- It will provide the information about the screen resolution those visitors are using, that may be 1024 X 768, 1152 X 864, 1280 X 1024, 1280 X 800, 1280 X 854, 1440 X 900 and 1680 X 1050.
IP Address:- It will provide the information about the IP address from which visitors visits your web page. You can sort according to IP address.
Landing Page:- From which landing page visitor enter in to your site or web page. It provides information about the landing page, through which the visitors visits your site.
Keyword:- What is the keyword used by the visitor? It provides information about the keyword, used by the visitor in search engines. It provides list of keywords used by visitors.
Referrer:- Who is the referrer for your site? It provides information about the referrer, through which the visitors visits our site.
Converted:- This search provides the list of customers.
If you want to know more about a particular search, just click on the visitors details, so that a separate dialog box will open in the name Visitor Details (Refer Visitor Details 2), which will explain clearly about a particular visitor. If required, you can print those details through "Print" option.
